Consider all the actions you have taken to consolidate your learning from this course so far:
- Recognising your triggers and using the TEA model to choose an alternative thought
- Assessing the impact of this
- Taking actions to increase psychological safety
- Have a conversation using HIP and AID to give feedback
- Experimenting with active listening and observing the results in team interactions
- Honing your coaching skills
- Taking actions on your Stakeholder Management Plan
- Using the 4P’s to deliver a team briefing
- Give each of these development areas a number on a scale of one to 10 ten to assess your level of skill in taking these actions
- Pick the three lowest numbers and take actions to build your skills this week

After this session we would like you to embed the learning and:
- Think of 3 colleagues you want to get to know better, try out recognising their type
- Identify the steps you need to take to adapt and connect with your team
- Take the actions you identified to adapt your leadership with your team
- Complete your presentations, submit the final copy to us and arrange to present it to your line manager
